As we strive to deliver excellence and second-mile service, we are mindful of your health and protecting your home. We want to be proactive with honest communication by sharing with you what you can expect from John Houston Homes in terms of warranty requests at this time.
JHH proudly partners with Hyphen Solutions to provide your own “Homeowner Portal” when submitting warranty requests. If you have recently closed or utilizing warranty for the first time, please complete the “Request Access To Homeowner Portal” located at the bottom. For all others, please login into your homeowner portal.
Day Time Office Hours: 866-215-8450, Monday – Friday 8 am-5 pm. A warranty representative will respond within 30 minutes.
After-Hour Non-Emergency Response: All after-hour non-emergency calls will be returned within one business day. (Example, Thursday night call returned on Friday; Friday night call returned on Monday)
After-Hour Emergency Response: If you are experiencing an “Emergency,” please get in touch with us immediately. The most common emergencies are electricity, air conditioning, or sewer issues. To help mitigate damage, JHH is providing the following approved trades to contact immediately. Please let the trade know you are a JHH homeowner.
Please provide access to your home within five business days of your initial warranty request follow-up. Unavailability may result in the closing of the warranty request.
