Justin manages the construction of homes, our builders, and trades in Ellis County. He ensures our homes are moving along, staying within budget and maintaining the level of quality you have come to expect from a John Houston Custom Homes. There are a lot of factors that come into play when building a home, a lot of them external. So, one would assume that overseeing that process would have many stressors. Justin has been with John Houston Custom Homes for over 5 years now so he has seen the amount of growth that has happened since its inception 10 years ago. Throughout the years and even with the amount of growth within the company, the message has remained the same. Which is one of the reasons he loves to work for the company. "I love what we stand for and that our goal,...gives each one of us a purpose much larger than we can imagine."

From the pride that Justin takes in his position and the company to the way he cares for his customers, his work ethic and compassion shines through. Justin's favorite thing about his job is, "The people I work with. There is a family atmosphere where we all work very well together with common goals."

Justin added, "...we are who we say we are and (do) what we say we will do with the utmost integrity. We love people right where they are." It's that attitude and his desire to help those around him that has made Justin Bright our John Houston Custom Homes Employee Spotlight of the Month.
